Tasty but difficult to fry
It might be because of my pan, but I found it really difficult to flip the pancakes without them falling apart/ turning to mush. Once I manage to get one right, they are really delicious!

Tasty, low-calorie and high protein pancake. They’re so easy to make and always come out perfect and fluffy. They’re great for breakfast or an evening snack. I would definitely recommend.

I can't believe how quick these are to make. Just pancake mix, and milk, 2 mins on each side. 250 calories for 2 pancakes, alpro greek yoghurt, maple syrup and strawberries, with 12g of protein! I just know this bag is going to get used up very quickly!
